The Bishops Art Prize 2017

In June 2017 I exhibited a selection of samples at Norwich Cathedral with Norwich University of the Arts as part of The Bishops Art Prize Competition.

There was a set brief for the competition with the name 'Glimpses of Glory'. I chose to use small highlights of shine and colour within the handwoven textiles I showcased, including lurex, mercerized cottons and polypropylene to take my view of the brief.

This was a good experience before Degree Show and other events as this required to setup my own space and to individuate as it was a public event.
