Handwoven and handmade art piece made from my graduate collection. This piece is adhered to hard board and sat back within a box frame with no glass, allowing the custom stitched quilting to catch the light and add dimension to the artwork. This custom piece combines tones of pink and white with a mix of glow in the dark yarn!
Every art piece is made from handwoven fabric designed on a hand dip-dyed warp; blends of colour subtly come through as the warp is carefully woven. This process allows every item to be completely unique, making each piece a luxury special edition.
Approx 25cm x 25cm. Metal hook attached for hanging. Handwoven fabric materials: Cotton, Glow in the dark lurex, fancy yarn.
